Q: What is the shipping time?

A: It takes an approximate of 4-7 days to be delivered to your doorstep. 

                                                                                                                                 

Q: Can one wash it? I had it for a year already and I find it more and more difficult to clean it just by removing the hair from the chamber.

A: The manufacturer's instructions state that one should not wash the brush surface directly with water. Instead, use a soft towel that is soaked with water or synthetic detergent to clean the brush surface. The same applies to cleaning the chamber. 

                                                                                                                                 

Q: My dog tends to shed in the card and ouch, would this be correct product to buy? 

A: It can be used it in the car, on the couch, on the bed, in his bed, and your dining room chairs. 

                                                                                                                                 

Q: Where is this made in?

A: It is made in China. However, it is very sturdy, well made and really does the job. People have bought numerous products and this one works the best. Nothing is perfect but this is the best product I have found over the years.

                                                                                                                                 

Q: Does this product work on clothes:

A: Yes. However, you don't want to roll back and forth as you do on furniture. You will want to go in one direction holding your clothing tight. Same thing with blankets, unless they are tucked tightly and won't move when you try to roll back and forth
